We want you to love your OLVEXRA lighting. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been installed, used, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
