How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Are bulbs included?

It depends on the lamp. Many of our LED lamps have built-in light sources, while some styles let you choose a bulb option. Check the options on each product page.

Do I need an electrician to install my lamp?

Hardwired lamps should be installed by a qualified electrician. Battery-powered, rechargeable and plug-in lamps can be installed without wiring.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
